This is what I did...

The second part of this morning's post...

This now looks like this:
MERRY CHRISTMAS! I do not deserve nice things.

These were not the pictures I had planned on posting today. I still have some from this weekend's church Christmas party for Jenna and Ashley and Jenna's school party this morning.

What makes this even worse than it being my new car is that Tim had a wreck in the Civic on November 7th. I never said what happened but I mentioned a heinous day that we both had. And I mentioned we had a rental car here but I never said why. I did not want to talk about him wrecking the car because if it were me, I wouldn't want to broadcast it. He said he never cared if I talked about it here but I feel better about it now that I am a screw up. We had the car a week and a day! Tim had a wreck a week after he took over driving the Civic. The Corolla had more room for me and the girls but not really enough room for all of us, our junk we have to take ev-ery-where and my tall husband. We then traded in the Corolla for the CR-V.

Here is what happened and I still do not know what exactly is damaged other than it was deemed un-drivable and had to be towed last night. The radiator cracked and leaked everywhere. It was so cold. Not cold for here, but COLD. In the thirties. Jenna and I were headed home from doing some grocery and Christmas shopping for a Christmas angel (a child whose parents could not afford to buy shoes for her, we got toys too) and then we were going to get fried chicken. Jenna asked for it and with the busy day and the Christmas shopping we knew I would not have time to cook dinner, give baths, etc. We were at a stop light behind a truck at a right on red situation. I don't know if I did not stop in time or I thought he was going to go right on red and did not, but I rear ended him - which means it is my fault. Jenna, the guy in the truck, and I are fine. We are lucky there. Not so lucky though because Tim had JUST been in an accident. We JUST got the Civic back a few weeks ago! Right after it happened Jenna said, "Mom, you broke my new car!"

Yet another fiasco...

Anyway, that's it for now. I have a rental again and will keep you posted as we know more.

So sorry about the car, but at least no one was hurt. My hubby got into an accident weeks after getting a new car and mine was dinged pretty badly right after I got it. Hope both the cars get fixzed quickly with no increases in your insurance. Yikes!

Yikes! I really truly feel for you, what horrible luck! My bloglines deleted your blog altogether. I had to search for you through posts! Hope the car is back good as new very soon! So sorry!
