UGH

Tim and I have both had heinous days...I don't know what I will share, or be allowed to share, but my day has been HEINOUS with the girls. Ashley has decided more often than not that she HAS TO BE held ALL. THE. TIME. And no matter how long one waits for her to pass out asleep the instant she is out of your arms the screaming begins and it takes for-EVER to calm her down! This was how it was for me Monday, for Tim last night when Jenna and I ran out to do errands and for me all day today. ALL. Stinkin' DAY!! Please pray I can make it through this day...

Just a minute ago:

Jenna: "Where my Ho Ho (AKA Santa) go?"

Me: "He's at his house making toys for good kids. Are you a good kid?"

Jenna: "I'm not a good kid, I'm Jenna!!"

Enough said...This made me laugh, so thank goodness for Jenna Pie...

And, I already posted once today so if you haven't seen it, here it is.

Okay, Ash has realized she's been tricked into being on her own for five seconds. Gotta go.

:) Jenny has these days, too! I have a great pair of ears for listening and a broad pair of shoulders when you need someone to carry that load for you awhile :)

Aack! You need that sling! I'm sending it tomorrow. Rowan was the same way as a baby, and I read over and over the only proven way to reduce crying is to hold a baby for a minimum of three hours per day. With Rowan, more was better.

I had the same experience with my daughter. She screamed for most of the first six months. Terribly stressful. I will commit to pray for you through this time with your baby girl.

BTW: I am April Landes' sister in-law

I hear ya! I've had MANY heinous days. My little boy was/is high-maintenance compared to his easy going big sister. When things get really bad here, I lock myself in my room for a few minutes & take some deep breaths & pray for strength. I hope tomorrow is a better day!

Bless your heart. I TOTALLY understand! Bayley is 5 months now and she still has days that she DEMANDS constant attention. Katie Courington watches her 2 days a week and yesterday was one of those days and Bayley SCREAMED every time she put her down. Bayley is our preemie princess so Im still a lil neurotic about her not to mention she is SPOILED ROTTEN :) Just remember that these days will be gone before we can even blink...just try to relax when you can. Both of your girls are dolls! Hope things get better.
