I had my Level 2 ultrasound on Monday morning in Jacksonville and got a few pictures of the baby. They aren't as good as the ones from 15 weeks though. I will have my Dad scan them and then I'll post them. Everything looked great. She is still a she ( I was a little afraid she'd "grow something") and is very active. She was uncooperative because she only wanted to be face down! It was so funny! The lady who did the ultrasound was not very friendly and did not tell us what was what while doing the scan. Luckily, Tim and I have done this before...Tim and I both did not like her. Oh well. It's not my regular doctor's office so I will never have to see her again.
I came down with something Friday and am still fighting it. All the smoke from the Georgia and Florida wildfires probably brought it on. Some days there is ash everywhere - on cars, floating through the air, getting in your eyes- and it is so smoky outside. It's nasty! On those days we try to keep Jenna in as much as possible for her safety and ours. Anyway, now Tim isn't feeling well and I am still a mess. Being sick when pregnant is no fun because it's like, "Take a Tylenol and nothing else." Ugh.
Jenna's last day of school was yesterday. She is 27 months old as of yesterday and I will post a picture of her later today. Ever since she was born I have taken a picture of her on the 22nd of the month to commemorate her growth and development. Today her school is having a "water day" and there will be slides, pools, sprinklers, etc and we are going to that. She is excited and I am sure she will pose for lots of pictures!
Tomorrow night is her graduation from school. They will be singing a song and I am sure it will be funny. I am going to videotape it and take pictures!
I will do the 19 weeks update later today. I have some things to do before we leave for "water day" this morning. Oh, and I have another "lesson learned" from Jenna...more to come later.
