Migraine and an Annoying Show

Yesterday did not turn out well at all. While I did get some things done on the home front with the two girls' rooms, it was the kind of work no one sees. The drawers, the closets, sorting toys and getting all the little pieces together with the actual toy. And then, just after 1:00 PM, I got a migraine. I took Tylenol (the cure-all for pregnant women everywhere - yeah, right!) Jenna agreed to get in my bed with me. She was LOUD. Talking LOUD, singing LOUD, just making LOUD noises! UGH! She was also bouncing and making the bed move. That got us no where and I was beginning to feel nauseated. After over an hour of this - I had gotten off the bed entirely and she was up there alone. I then got back in bed with her and explained that my head hurt like when her teeth hurt, but it was my head. That doesn't read well but she seemed to understand, kissed my head several times and then covered me with her blankets. Luckily, Tim was home shortly after that and I was left in semi-peace and quiet. They went to my Mom and Dad's (AKA "NanaPa's") for dinner and I stayed here and felt a lot better by the time they came back home. I just had the usual migraine hangover as I call it where you are all worn out and feel like a truck has run you over.

I wake up this morning to two things I hate: Crazy kids' shows with loud, annoying songs and the actor Elijah Wood. If this had been on yesterday when I had the migraine, and I had had any military secrets, I would have talked! It could be a GREAT torture device! Sometimes I think these television stations try to make parents wacky! See and hear for yourself below...
