...and by fun I mean not really fun at all...
I am going in this afternoon to get my root canal completed. Remember, I had an abscessed tooth a few weeks ago. I hope the pain afterwards is not too bad. During the root canal you are all numb and I would rather this than a cleaning. Root canals aren't all bad - just if you have an abscess like I did and have to live with the pain...Anyway, about getting your teeth cleaned - I HATE the scraping of the teeth. Incidentally, I had a cleaning Wednesday. I was in a deep sweat. I am waaaaay more sensitive when I am pregnant and I was having a sick-feeling morning. I was thanking God when it was over. Then my teeth hurt the rest of the day.

Good luck on your root canal. Matt's really sensitive to having his teeth cleaned too, and the hygenist finally decide to do some topical numbing on him beforehand. He said it was much better. You might ask for that next time--nobody should have to sweat through a painful cleaning!
