30 Weeks: Small Turkey Status!

DAYS LEFT: 70
I am 30 weeks pregnant - 10 weeks to go give or take... Baby girl #2 is about 16.5 inches tall (or long) and weighs just over three pounds. She is the size of a small Thanksgiving turkey. I feel like I am carrying a full size turkey, however...I am sure I am starting to look it as well. Below is a picture of a 30 week old fetus:
And I added this one for fun - it is not OUR baby, but it is a baby at 30 weeks. This is a 3 D ultrasound of the face. So cute...
Heartburn has taken over my existence. Morning, noon and night (just like the "morning" sickness was). I know this is normal and I had it with Jenna but it seems worse this time around. It all seems worse the second time around when you are chasing down a two year old, but I wouldn't give any of it up at all. :o)

Today it is SO HOT. How hot? The heat index (meaning how hot it feels with the temperature and the humidity) is 115 degrees. No wonder getting the mail did me in. I have not felt right since. Seriously. How sad is that?!?!

Here is a picture of Jenna from the other night. Her Nana (AKA my mom) brought her this dress, tried it on her and then Jenna REFUSED to take it off. Here is Jenna's take on how exhausting it is to be beautiful at all times:
She is SO over dramatic. Where oh where does she get THAT from??

UPDATE:
One more thing: A friend of mine that I went to college with in Alabama and his wife are having their QUADRUPLETS today. Please say a prayer for Brian and Jenny and the babies.

Yes - we have a drama queen on our hands too. To a certain extent I love it. How boring would life be if you had the opposite?

I had the 3d ultrasound thing done - in fact, I need to make sure I find that tape and it goes in the safe of things we take.

Heartburn.. ugh - I remember it well. I had a friend bring dinner one night and they brought the spiciest Indian food imaginable. I thought I was literally going to die a thousand deaths. men.

Holli,
Very true. We are ALWAYS entertained and ALWAYS have someone to make us laugh - even when we are down and out.

Kelly,
I got nauseous from the heat yesterday after spending five minutes outside watering the flowers. And you're pregnant!

Make Tim get the mail! :)
