Christmas in May, anyone?

Tuesday night at the dinner table Jenna informed me and Tim that she would like a "Ho Ho Tree" AKA Christmas tree. In her small, short little life, she has always loved Christmas. Remember last Christmas when it was time to get a tree? Anyway, the conversation then went something like this:

Me: "You want a Christmas tree, Jenna?"

Jenna: "Yes!! Ho Ho treeeeeee!"

Me: "Why do you want a Christmas tree? So Santa will come and bring you gifts?"

Jenna: "Yes!!!!!!" (Like of course, duh...)

I don't know why she keeps surprising me. I mean, she has a mind like a steel trap. Wish I did...

The tree was brought up again yesterday. How will we keep her at bay until the end of November? (Because I am sure she won't wait until December!)

What about buying/making one of those "X amount of days (or months) until ____" you could do Christmas, or include other holidays before that... 4th of july, halloween, thanksgiving... then WOOHOO! Christmas!!
