How We Found Out...

...We had another one on the way...

I don't know if any of you have heard of this before, but back before we even knew I was pregnant I went to have my teeth cleaned. My gums we sore and just ached. I mentioned it to the hygienist and she said, "You're not pregnant, are you?" Of course my answer was no because we needed medical intervention to even have Jenna and we assumed she would be it for us. I mean, she was a miracle and I didn't think we'd ever get another. God had other plans though and this little diaper bean was already on it's way...Little did any of us know.

A week or so later, Tim jokingly said I was pregnant. I have since found out he never really thought I was but he was just saying that to bug me. About a week after that I went shopping and the sight of one of my favorite foods, salt and vinegar chips, made me feel sick...I thought, "Maybe I should buy a pregnancy test." I waited till I was a day late and took it. On February 8th I found out. I was so shocked and excited I could not wait until Tim came home to tell him, so I called him at work. I didn't even get to tell him!! Jenna was in the background chanting, "Baby, baaabbbbyy!!" (Of course I told Jenna first because she was with me when I found out.) He asked why Jenna was saying that over and over and I said, "Why do you think?" He couldn't have been more surprised if he woke up with his head sewn to the carpet! I felt the same way, as did my mom. When I told her Jenna was going to be a big sister she was like, "Huh, how, why, whaaa?"

We are all very excited about the arrival of this little diaper bean in October. We are very lucky and blessed.

I just bought this online. I splurged, I know, but you can't put a price on sleep once you are as big as a house and can't get comfortable! Thanks to Leslie for telling me about this one. It looks so cozy!! I wanted a pregnancy pillow a little late in the game with my pregnancy with Jenna and figuring she was it I did not buy one. So, I figure my sister can use it one day if she wants to!
