Picnic...

I am beginning to feel more human but not quite ready to go flitting about as normal. I am doing laundry and keeping the house clean but other than that, not much. Which is a lot I suppose...Entertaining kids takes a lot of time. Which leads me to this post. The girls and I had a "picnic" indoors today. We could have gone outside but let's face it, it's hot and I can barely breathe inside...I put Molly back in our bedroom and put a quilt on the floor. I had to prevent the food snatcher from getting any more business! I fed Ashley her baby foods and bottle and Jenna and I ate quesadillas (not messy). Jenna also had pepperoni (I don't know whose child she is! I only eat chicken and turkey.) We watched some TV during the picnic and had fun. Ashley was SO HAPPY to be included in a big girl activity.

What a fun idea! Glad you're feeling a bit better. It sucks when Mom's sick!

You have the cutest girls ever! I have been meaning to tell you that. I read your blog every day and I think your girls are just a precious as can be. You are one lucky lady! Glad you are feeling better and I am praying every day that the MRI goes well with good results.

Keep your head up!

Hey Kelly! I am sorry I have not commented yet on Ashley's medical ordeal. I saw her in our church bulletin and it had your last name which I did not know and it took me a sec to recognize. I know it is scary for you and I hate that you have to wait. The waiting is like TORTURE I know. I am praying for her everyday and keeping up with the news. Jennifer Lawes

I love inside picnics!! They're the best kind, except when you have them during the fall or spring :) NOT summer. Yuck~

I don't think I was ready for Jenna's foot to be right beside her face in the pic. It took me aback for second! :) I am glad to hear you are feeling better and that little Ash is doing a little better too. I hate having to force the meds down Helen's throat too! Keep your chin up girl! You're doing a great job!
