Ash Update and My Crazy Gal Jenna

I am so glad I took Ashley to the doctor yesterday. She has been sick for over a week now. It started last Monday. Anyway, little baby has an upper respiratory infection and bronchitis. She is on antibiotics and we are praying she is not allergic to them like the scares we had with Jenna when she was around a year old. Jenna is allergic to Penicillin and Cephalosporins. That leaves little in the options for antibiotics when she is sick and can only have them when she REALLY needs them. Anyway, back to Ash, I hope she starts to feel better. She is still congested and sneezing and coughing but her eye is pretty much cleared up. So please pray for "Little Pie" (a nickname Jenna herself has come up with for her sister.)

Speaking of prayers, my sister Amy is having surgery tomorrow to have her gallbladder out. She is having a Laparoscopy done to have it removed. I have had three laparoscopies and while the surgery went fine I was pretty sore afterwards. So please pray for her surgery to go well and for her to recover quickly and not have the pain anymore that her gallbladder is causing her.

Jenna was pretty upset she could not go over to my Mom's house after school today because she was not there, so I went through the Chick-Fil-A
drive-thru and got her some nuggets and me a chicken sandwich. The WHOLE TIME I WAS ORDERING Jenna was yelling, "We have our own 'chup' at home!!" "Chup" is ketchup. She LOVES it. I guess she was afraid we'd be forced to use those annoying-little-one-drop-of-ketchup-and- it's-empty packets. It was so funny and I could barely order. Then she lost it when I asked for BBQ sauce, which she also loves...Still not sure why because she used it all up and DRANK IT when we got home. She put the little container up to her mouth and the sauce got on her nose. She then said, "I'm a clown!" The girl is a mess. I couldn't love her more.

My Mom said she may come by to pick Jenna up for a bit later. That was all Jenna needed to hear. Her Nana is coming to save her from her evil mommy! ;oP

Jenna has gotten into the habit of wanting every thing that looks girly on commercials. She says, "Ho Ho (Santa) wants to bring -a me." She has said she wants more "poe-ndies" or ponies (My Little Pony toys) which my sister and I adored as little girls. And she wants one of those Furberries dolls. I already did her shopping so it is up to grandparents to get the Furberries. Haha

That's it for now.

I hope Little Pie is feeling well soon. One of my girls is allergic to Penicilin also. As always, I love the Jenna stories:)

Will be thinking of your sister today... and from one ketchup lover to another, that girl knows what's good!

Hope there's lots of mending all around, especially for Little Pie. I'm allergic to penicillin, but didn't develop an allery until high school. weird. Hope Ash doesn't have any allergies.....
