The Pool Incident...

I don't even know what to call this post...

I will post the maternity pictures later today. Jenna and I are going out and I only have time to tell about the "pool cliffhanger." Here it is...
There is only one thing in the creepy crawly world worse to me than cockroaches and that is a snake. Now that I think of it I think I hate, er, dislike both equally. I just can't stand the thought of them (roaches and snakes) moving about and touching things, living their own lives with plans and agendas. So, on to what brought all this up...

A snake came out of the bushes and swam all the way across the pool and got out on the other side. He then went to the door and WOULD NOT STOP LOOKING IN!! Look closely in the picture. He is raised up looking in the windows on the door! Thank the good Lord Jenna, my mom, my aunt Beth and I had JUST GOTTEN OUT! If I were in there when he took his little afternoon swim I wouldn't have died. I'd have just STOPPED. LIVING. Just right then, right there...It would be too much to bear. I'd have been done, son. So, that is why we are not too excited to go back to the neighborhood pool at my Mom's.

UPDATE:

This morning at breakfast with Jenna the following took place:

Kelly: "Can you believe pretty soon we'll have a baby to hold? You can hold your baby sis!"

Jenna: "Baby ____ will be too big for me to hold."

Kelly: "Why do you say that?"

Jenna just points to my belly.

Kelly: "Because of how big my belly looks?"

Jenna: "Yes, Mom. Baby ____ too big for me to hold."

Alrighty then!

OH MY!!! Snakes give me the hibbie jibbies. That picture is incredible. I can't believe he's just stretched out checking out the living quarters. GO BACK TO YOUR BUSH, you devil.

Yikes! I think I would have had a heart attack! Brandon came home one day at our old house and there was a snake streched out by the door where we went in and out...he wasn't poisonous, but I was still freaked out every time I went outside for a while. I HATE them!!!
