Salsa Chicken

I wanted to share a super easy crock pot recipe with you.  I have made it twice and it does NOT disappoint!  I love it when I decide to try something when cooking and it works out with rave reviews!

Salsa Chicken

3-4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts.  (If they are small tenderloins, I'd do more)  I did not even thaw them.

1 jar salsa of your choice (16 oz)  I use the Publix mild kind

Spray crock pot with Pam or the like and cook...I did it for 3 hours on HIGH but you could do it on low for several  hours I suppose.

It will cook and get so well done it will fall apart.  It is yummy!

I served with tortillas, black or dark kidney beans, cheese, sour cream and sometimes corn.  We have also made nachos out of the meat.  Give it and try and let me know what you think!
