School Christmas Party and Elfin' Around...

To start off, here is a picture of Jenna at the dinner table brushing her hair with a fork a la Ariel The Little Mermaid.

She said, "I'm a mermaid!" Sheesh. You know, the fork is also a dinglehopper.

This is Ashley saying, "Ho ho ho!"  The funny thing is her mouth will look like this a minute before she says it and for like five minutes after...

This is the gift Jenna took to Santa Claus last week. No, your eyes do not deceive you. Jenna's school makes a lot of crafts using toilet paper rolls and paper towel rolls. She made this using a green hair ponytail holder and some green and red paper that was in one of her gifts from her teacher...Santa set it beside his chair:
Last Thursday Jenna had her party at school. Tim, Ashley and I went and had breakfast with Jenna's class and then Santa came. I didn't know he'd be there.

Santa: What do you want for Christmas?
Jenna: A book.
Santa: (while handing her a wrapped book) Here you go.
We don't have a picture of Ashley with Santa because I was up there with her and Tim couldn't get a good shot. She didn't cry, but she sure thought about it!

This is how the crazies roll. Hanging out at the table before the cookie swap. They are their father's daughters!
Here's Jenna singing some Christmas Carols with some of her class. They were all up there but I closed in on a shot. She was so cute!

Some miscellaneousness:

- Jenna calls her Christmas pajamas her "Ho jamas" or "Ho Pajamas."

- Ashley has emerged TWICE from INSIDE the tree...with lights wrapped around her leg! It has since been barricaded. (I really need a picture of how heinous that looks!)

- Bernard brought each of the girls a Littlest Pet Shop animal and Jenna made him a thank you card. (I will get a picture of it).

- We just got a gingerbread house and per tradition will make it before Christmas.

- We took the kids out to see lights last night. If they had no lights Jenna said, "Humbugs!" and Ashley was saying, "OOOooohh!" every five seconds!
