I took Jenna yesterday (at 44 months old) for her first haircut. She had been asking for "a new 'do" since she turned three in February. (I know...what three year old says things like that?!?!)
So, here we go - complete with before and afters!
No, she is not under arrest. I just thought to take a before of the back and did it really quick before we got in the car.
At the salon - her before picture.
Getting her hair cut. I did not even measure how much was cut off but I did bring some home. She wanted to go shorter and we compromised.
Look how happy! The lighting in there was terrible with even worse colored walls!
Jenna was so good during the haircut. I also got mine done and she waited so patiently and I did not have to call her down once.
Ta da! The after. She LOOOVES it. (Though she looks a bit scared in this picture!)
The back after. It's not a great picture but she wouldn't slow down or cooperate anymore for anything.
And according to Jenna, even though her hair is still long it is not long. She now has "short hair that's 'cuz I got a haircut."

when I saw what this was about I immediately thought 'oh no!' but I like the cut :) I dread Jenny calling and telling me Noah's curls are gone :(
