Caterpillar Craziness!
Last week Tim and Jenna found this in our backyard: It is so big it's crazy! This caterpillar looks like it will turn into one of these moths. If you go to the bottom of that page, it looks like they have some pictures of the same caterpillar.
Look how big! This is Tim's hand: All I could think of was "A Bug's Life" and Heimlich the Caterpillar. "I'm a BEA-UUU-tiful butterfly!" (Remember he was so, um, large that when he got his wings they did no good and he couldn't fly!)
I do not enjoy the way his mouth looks. We didn't let Jenna put it in her bug cage because I didn't like how big it was and I didn't like the way his mouth looked. (For those that don't know, Jenna catches frogs, lizards, ladybugs, caterpillars and the like and keeps them for a bit and then she lets them go.) Jenna and I went out the next morning and he was gone. We thought for sure he'd still be here. But alas, he wasn't.
I am a Christian who is happily married. I am a stay at home mom of two little girls. Jenna was born in February 2005 and Ashley was born in October 2007. Tim and I share our lives with our girls - and our Shih Tzu Molly. My life is crazy, messy, hilarious, busy, chaotic and not always easy, but I have everything I need and the only one my heart ever wanted. Life is crazy, but good.

wow, that would have been a butterfly large enough to carry Ash off into the wild blue yonder. Glad he's gone!
That is so funny. My boys just found one a couple days ago just about that size only the one they found was black and white and had much more fur.
OH the joy of bugs! Yuck!

Wow that is huge. I am not a fan of any of those creatures either.
