Jenna: 40 Months

On Sunday Jenna turned 40 months old. Every month Jenna's pictures and poses get crazier. My guess is she does too. After all, it is her heredity...
I have included a few pictures of Jenna on her Dora the Explorer "Hippity Hop" that her Aunt Amy and Uncle Jon gave her for her 3rd birthday. The pictures aren't the best but let me tell you, for over a week she has been Hippity Hopping EVERYWHERE and at all times! Ash can't wait to try it. I have put her on it and bounced her and she howls with laughter. Too bad I don't have another arm to get a picture when I do this! (Jenna is still hesitant on her Dora skates, by the way.)
I took a bunch of pictures and in each one Ash is crawling closer and closer to Jenna!Her hair is cracking me up in these pictures!
The other day Jenna got mad about something Tim or I said and said, (GRUNT) "I'm Grumpy Bear!!"

Speaking of Care Bears, she has also been known to do "The Care Bear Stare." (The Care Bear Stare is their ultimate weapon. They stand banded together and then radiate light from their tummy symbols.) It was so funny because she said, "Care Bear countdown! 1, 2, 3," instead of actually counting down.

Jenna has also taken a HUGE SHINE to the Barbie movies. She even called "Ho Ho" the other day and "left a message" asking him to PLEASE bring her more Barbie movies. She has had "Island Princess" since last Christmas from Nanny and Poppy and Nana and Pa have since gotten her "Rapunzel" and "Mariposa."

She kept misplacing the DVD remote (because of course she knows how to work the thing better than me) and Tim said she couldn't use it anymore. When he wasn't around, she had it and I asked her if she allowed to use it. Knowing full well she was not she said, "You'll have to check with Daddy on that one." She is now allowed to use it again.(?!?!)
Jenna now says that "Molly's a little tiny polar bear." So much for being a sheep. Or a "Baa." They are still best friends and Jenna usually calls her "Mowwy" or "Mowwy Poo."

The other day Jenna told Tim, "When I get big I can color all I want, _(don't remember what she said here )_ , and use a water bottle." The water bottle is a spray bottle I use to do her hair. She has broken two of them and I got a new red one and I told her it was off limits. She so wants to use it!

This is what Tim and I affectionately call Jenna's "Twit Face." Eyes may or may not be open as she does it...
Another variation of it...And another but with a wink this time.Leaving my parents' gated community a couple weeks ago Jenna said, "Mommy! Why didn't you pay?!" I then realized she thought the gate card was a credit card and all this time we had been paying to go to Nana and Pa's house. Haha!
Jenna threw a little tea party in her room the other day. We were "all invited." As Tim, Ash and I joined Jenna at the little mat with place settings and pretend food she had set out she said that we must say a prayer first. :o) Awww. I guess we are doing something right!

Just this morning she had another tea party for me and Ash. As we came in and started to "eat," she said, "We 'posed to pray!"

Then she said, "Dear God, Thank you for this food. In Jesus' name, Amen."

When passing a Taco Bell Jenna has been known to say, "Let's go to Taco Bell. I want a taco!!"
