When we went to Orlando a week and a half ago we took Jenna to Downtown Disney. We had been before but never went all the way in one of the toy stores. It was huge. I saw display of My Little Pony (MLP) and went to investigate. By the time I found the ponies and came back to get Tim and Jenna, she was already immersed in the world of ponies...

She was dressing them up and playing with them. It is what we would find in the back of the store. All you could fit in the box in my hand for $18. Sounds like a lot for stuff to dress up ponies and a pony, but a pony is usually around $5 at the store and I fit THREE PONIES in there with all but a few of the accessories. And you can't buy the Disney princess accessories to fit the MLP's anywhere else, so...I was stoked! I *think* I was having more fun than Jenna and Tim was having fun laughing at me being all frantic. I broke into a sweat and tried not to push any little girls out of my way!

I could not control myself. There was even a tiny bit of room still left in the box but we had all we wanted and needed. And I found out after Tim went and paid. Doh!

Anyway, taken today:
Jenna with various dressed up ponies. We (Jenna, Ash and I) spent over two hours playing and dressing up ponies today. All the clothes fit all the other ponies we had (with the exception of the retro ones we bought recently.)

From left to right: Snow White, Belle from "Beauty and the Beast", and Jasmine from "Aladdin."

Tinkerbelle from "Peter Pan."

Minnie Mouse rocking some shades...

Ariel from "The Little Mermaid."

Aurora from "Sleeping Beauty" and Cinderella. (I couldn't resist the glasses. They are so 50's looking.)

And don't you worry about Ashley. Jenna shares all her ponies (without the accessories of course) with her sister.

That IS the cutest thing I have ever seen. I would have gone nuts too! I love living those moments with my girls.
You are such a hoot! loved reading this and thinking, "Wow, Jen would have such fun with a daughter!"
Oh I love my little ponies! They are so cute!
How fun!!!! I'm SOOOO jealous! All I get to play with are trucks and Mr. Potato Head (which can be pretty fun...).
I'm a HUGE fan of Downtown Disney. I think I could live there.
Wow, My Little Pony has come a long way! I would have liked the challenge of trying to fit all I could into the box. Downtown Disney is SO fun!
