Funnies...

Ashley had her two month check up (finally) yesterday at over three months old. I will post on that later. Right now I have some Jenna craziness to share.

Tim and Jenna were in the car the other day and "ABC" by The Jackson 5 was on. After the line in the song that says, "ABC, baby you and me, girl" Jenna said, "He (I am surprised she knew it was a he) said 'Girl?!?!'" When Tim told her yes, he did say that she said, "That's all crazy."

Jenna has known what a bra is called for a while now but the other day she decided she one wanted to know what it was for and so I told her. She then said, "Oh!" (As if she understands everything in the world completely now.) "So when I grow up and my boobies get big I will have something to put in there!" It still cracks me up!

When Ash and I picked up Jenna at school today, she sadly got into the car. Then she said, all forlorn, "No one talked about my shoes today!!" I guess she usually gets compliments on her shoes, hair, etc and no one (Heaven forbid!) commented on her shoes!! She was almost in tears as she told me about it.

So, I went to the Sonic drive thru and while we were there we saw a guy in a truck with a dog that look a lot like Molly. Jenna loved that and maybe that prompted what was said a little ways down the road: We saw an Egret on the side of the road on the way home today. She said, "I saw a white dog!!" Um, O.K. And then when I said something about an Egret she said, "WHERE?!?!" I was like, "It was that BIRD you called a DOG!" "Oh..."
