Jenna wanted me to read her Christmas stories last night. Here's what happened-
Jenna: "Here. Read. Peeees."
Me: "Baby, Christmas is over and we have to wait a year before Ho Ho comes back."
Jenna, pointing to our still standing, lit up Christmas tree says, " Noooo. Treeee..."
I had no choice but to read her Christmas books...
So in that spirit here is something no one tells you before you have kids. This is for my friends who are just starting out...START TAKING CHRISTMAS PICTURES IN OCTOBER!! You will see two pictures. The first one is what happens while trying to get one half decent shot. The other is the Christmas card that wasn't because the lighting wasn't good even though that's the one we liked best. The first one is flattering for no one...Not even the dog! Those of you that got one from us will notice it is a different picture but that was the best we could do with two crazies and the bad lighting...I did end up liking the one we sent out better than "the Christmas card that wasn't."
